The Girl and The Boat

Julia Allisson Cost was born on the Island of Maui to a family of many artists.  She grew up on a mountain overlooking the ocean in a home filled with art supplies. where she still lives and works today.  She is a painter, textile designer, dance, sewist, and illustrator.  Julia painted each scene in oil on canvas and sewed the costumes in this book.
